RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns of unwashed merchandise within seven days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We take extensive care to ensure our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. Contact us via inmyopinion.mnl@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a return and/or exchange and cover costs for both shipping and return (For special offers, where shipping is offered free of charge). The customer shall bear the cost of return shipping.

if you change your mind during these seven days, we offer the following options:

 

 

Exchange it for the same product in a different size.

Exchange it for another product of the same amount.

​

Exchange it for another product of a more significant amount and pay the difference via bdo or gcash.

​

Exchange it for a cheaper product, and we will refund the difference to your account.

 

Full refund of the items. (remember that the refund will never include the shipping costs.)

If you have trouble finding suitable packaging, we suggest using the original bag that your order came in. If the items are received in poor conditions, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

Once a return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded by the same method you made the original payment.
